How much does a tattoo cost?
Tattoo pricing can vary a lot—it depends on the size, style, complexity, and location on your body. The best way to get a clear idea of cost is to discuss all the details with me directly. If you can’t visit the studio, we can chat on Facebook or Instagram about your idea, and I’ll give you a price range once we’ve sorted out the specifics.
Do I need to book a consultation?
Yes, it’s best to set up a consultation because I work by appointment only. This lets us talk through your references and ideas so we can really plan out your tattoo. Being prepared helps make the whole process smoother and ensures we’re on the same page from the start.
How do I book a session?
All you have to do is send me a message about what you have in mind. We’ll go over your concept, pick a date, and then secure it with a deposit (the amount depends on the complexity of your piece). You can transfer the deposit to my account, and once that’s done, your appointment is officially booked. Without a deposit, I’m not able to hold the date, so keep that in mind.
Why is a consultation necessary?
Tattooing is a pretty detailed process, and talking things through ahead of time helps avoid surprises. During an in-person chat, I can check your skin, note any scars, and see if there’s anything else we should consider. This face-to-face time makes a huge difference in getting the best possible outcome.
Why do you require a deposit?
When you book with me, I block out that time just for you and get started on a custom design. Because I’m focusing on your project, I can’t take on other clients in that slot. The deposit shows you’re serious about going ahead and covers a bit of my prep time in case of cancellations.
Which languages do you speak?
I speak Russian and English fluently, and I understand Estonian (though I’m not as fluent speaking it at length). If we need extra help communicating, we can use a translator or have a friend assist – it’s all good.
When will I see the design (sketch)?
I usually finish up the design about 2–3 days before your appointment. Sometimes I’ll do rough sketches during our consultation, but the final version really comes together right before the session. I’ll send you a preview so you know what to expect, and we can make last-minute changes in person on the day of your tattoo.
When should I schedule a touch-up?
I recommend coming back about a month after your tattoo has fully healed so I can check how it’s settled. If we need to make any adjustments, I’ll let you know. There’s a 20 € deposit for booking a touch-up appointment, which I’ll refund if you come in on time.
Can I get a tattoo if I’m under 18 years old?
No, I only work with clients who are 18 or older. It’s important for legal reasons, but also to make sure people can fully consent to permanent body art.
Why shouldn’t I get a tattoo during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
During pregnancy and nursing, your immune system is more sensitive. There’s also not enough research on how pigments could affect the baby, so I avoid tattooing anyone who’s pregnant or breastfeeding to keep everyone as safe as possible.

How painful is getting a tattoo?
Let’s be real – tattooing does involve some pain. How intense it feels can vary based on the spot you’re getting tattooed, how long the session goes, and your personal pain tolerance. I do my best to make the experience as comfortable as possible, though!
What if I have allergies?
If you suspect allergies (to latex, antiseptics, pigments, or anything else), please let me know ahead of time. We can take steps to avoid any problematic materials or make a game plan if you’re unsure. When in doubt, a quick check with your doctor is always a good idea.
Can I bring a friend?
Sure, feel free to bring someone along for moral support. Just know that they’ll need to wait in the designated waiting area during the tattoo session. Having extra people in the actual workspace can be distracting and can compromise hygiene standards.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule as long as you let me know at least 3 working days before your scheduled appointment. If you do it later than that, your deposit won’t be refunded. This policy helps keep my schedule organized and gives other clients a chance to book a slot if it opens up.
Do I get my deposit back if I cancel?
If you cancel in time (3 working days in advance), you can get your deposit refunded. However, if you reschedule more than twice, the deposit won’t be returned. This is just to ensure everyone’s respectful of time and planning.
Do you do cover-ups of old tattoos?
I do, but I really need to see the tattoo in person before deciding. Cover-ups depend on the depth, colors, your skin type, and more. If you can’t make it in right away, feel free to send me a photo, but I’ll give you a final answer once I check it out face-to-face.
