About me

EST | RUS

I’m Mark, and if there’s one thing I can say about myself, it’s that I’m absolutely dedicated to my craft. I’m in my 30s, married to my work, and I spend more time tattooing than I can even count. When I’m not creating art, you can find me exploring my other passions—like anime, diving, digging simulators, and lifting weights.

From Sushi Chef to Tattoo Artist

Before I found my true calling in tattooing, I worked as a sushi chef. It was definitely a tasty chapter of my life, but it just wasn’t the right long-term fit for me – no offense to sushi pros out there! Once I started exploring tattoo art, I knew I had discovered where my passion truly lies.

Transition to Full-Time Tattooing

These days, I’m based in Tallinn, honing my craft and pushing my skills in the tattoo world. I also travel to Germany for guest spots, which keeps me inspired and connected with international tattoo trends. Through constant practice and a drive to innovate, I’ve been able to refine my techniques and develop a style that is distinctly my own.

My Tattoo Philosophy

My tattoo philosophy centers on blending traditional techniques with fresh, modern perspectives. I believe that every tattoo should tell a story, and my role is to help transform your ideas into an expressive piece of art – whether through subtle micro realism or a bolder, more expansive style. By constantly experimenting and refining my approach, I stay true to the ever-evolving nature of tattooing while ensuring each design remains personal and meaningful to you. Ultimately, my goal is to create a tattoo that not only looks stunning today but continues to inspire and hold significance for years to come.

Versatility and Experimentation

I can work in different styles, but micro- and non-micro realism are where I really hit my stride. I’m always eager to explore new approaches, adapt to fresh trends, and innovate in my designs. Whether it’s fine detail work or larger, realistic pieces, I believe that each tattoo deserves a unique and thoughtful approach.

Dedication to Growth

The tattoo industry never stands still—and neither do I. I stay updated on new gear, techniques, and aftercare methods to ensure my clients get the absolute best. This commitment to constant learning helps me deliver top-quality pieces that reflect both my growth as an artist and the latest innovations in the field.

Beyond the Ink – Personal Interests

Outside the tattoo studio, I find my inspiration in the most unexpected places. I’m a devoted fan of anime, drawn to the vivid storytelling and unique art styles that often spark new design ideas. Diving offers a welcome contrast to the intense focus of tattooing—there’s nothing like exploring underwater worlds to refresh my creativity. I also have a soft spot for simulation games (yes, even digging simulators!), which tap into my love for detail and discovery. And, of course, staying active through weightlifting keeps me energized and ready for the next challenge – always fueled by a strong cup of black coffee or an occasional can of Red Bull.

Anime, Diving and Simulation Games

When I’m not at the studio, I like to unwind by watching anime, exploring underwater worlds through diving, and playing digging simulators (yes, that’s a real thing!). These hobbies may seem random, but they all help recharge my creative energy.

Fueled by Black Coffee & Red Bull

I used to be all about lattes, but I’ve switched to black coffee or the occasional Red Bull to keep me going. Tattoo sessions can be intense, and a little caffeine boost always comes in handy!
